Moana Nursery, located in Canby, Oregon, grows hardy nursery stock primarily for the Rocky Mountain states. This nursery grows on over 300 prime acres and grows over 200 varieties of trees and 160 varieties of shrubs. Most of this material is very cold hardy, in most cases all low as zone 3 or 4 . A good range of both container and B&B material are available. Many of the shade trees are grown in 20G (1.5”-1.75”C) or 25G (2”C) containers. These are perfect for shipping to job sites in the summer time when B&B simply cant be dug. Conifers are also available B&B and in containers. Austrian Pine, and Colorado Spruce can all be available in 15G (4/5’) 20G (5/6’) and 25G (6/7’). While Thuja and Junipers are also available in these same sized containers.
Though Moana caters to the Mountain States several items also go as far east as the Mid Atlantic States.
