Yule Tree Farms has over 2000 acres of conifers. Located in Western New York, Yule Tree grows a broad mix of evergreens in many sizes with the smallest being trees of 4' and the largest being more than 20 feet tall. Their mix runs the gamete as they offer three types of Pine (Austrian, Red, and White), four types of Fir (Balsam, Concolor, Douglas, and Fraser), six types of Spruce (Black Hills, Colorado, Englemann, White, Serbian, and Norway), Japanese Larch, and Dark American Arborvitae. The smallest stock, 4', gets dug with a 22" root ball to accommodate and the largest material 20'+ gets an 80" root ball.

The digging season begins as early as a digger can get penetrate the frozen ground in spring and spring digging can last into June at times. Digging usually resumes sometime later in the summer at some point in August once all growth has hardened off.
