Orange Perennials
Bartels, the perennial brand of Dümmen
Orange, debuted a new location at Barrelhouse
Brewery. New introduction standouts included
the new Confetti Garden mixes of various
dianthus varieties, including the Sunflor Trio
Confetti Garden and Odessa Trio Confetti
Garden. In perennials, there were a number of
new introductions and here are a few of our
favorites:
Dianthus KATE:
A new introduction and
improvement on Dianthus Kahori, with a larger
flower and darker purple color. An excellent
plant for landscape use.
Phlox FLAME Red:
Early to flower with a
shorter crop time than other varieties. Grow
in gallons and overwinter to finish early in the
spring season.
Heuchera LITTLE CUTIE SweetTart:
A nice compact foliage with strong red flowers
on bright, lime green foliage.
Heuchera LITTLE CUTIE Peppermint:
A unique bicolor foliage with a silver inner leaf
accented by light pink flowers.
